As an admirers of contemporary, minimalistic designs, we often leave out colors from a majority of my designs. But the client loved colors. So we found a middle ground. The earthly color palette and handpicked furniture turned this into a work of art on the canvas of Chicago.
Proposed in Bangalore, the residence was designed for a family of three generations. The villa was originally built by the client's father and as a tribute to him, the client decided to give the house a respectful yet modern facelift. Thus, this design was born and now it stands as one of the best looking upcoming houses in the neighborhood.
This proposed residence in Coimbatore has a one of a kind design. Restricted available area, joining neighboring houses and strict Vastu guidelines came as a part of the package. What came along with those drawbacks were local, earthly materials, talented craftsmen, an open, welcoming design and amazingly supportive clients.
Proposed in Marina District, San Francisco, this art gallery combines the client's extravagant taste with a minimalistic, yet luxurious design.
The requirement to reserve all walls available for paintings and sculptures led to the introduction of the full span skylight.
The project is proposed in Somalia. Each design decision was made with security, cultural context and local materials in mind due to logistics and availability restrictions.
Despite the challenges, the spaces turned out to be well-rounded, beautiful and widely appreciated and used.
Located in one of the poshest neighborhoods of Sydney, this project had the potential to be bigger than just an average furniture replacement. With a supportive client and capable contractors on-board, the new, shiny interiors were ready in no time.
The clients wanted complete interior makeover of their home. The brief was simple. It needs to be minimalistic and luxurious. With a double-height dining and living area, marble cladding and other luxury items, the interiors were made to look grand.
Located in Udaipur, the villa interiors were designed in typical Rajasthani style with a touch of minimalism. The theme was inspired by the client's ancestral home in Ajmer. The color palette was sampled from the client's almost endless collection of saree and hereditary artefacts.
When the client approached us for making renovation designs of this 73-year-old Portuguese hotel, we knew this was special. From the landscaping to the facade and interior designing, the project was very challenging due to the scale and extremely short project timeline.
Spanning over 18 acres across the coast, the design was made to not look like a typical Presidential State House but a welcoming garden which would lead to the main building.
Located in JBS Haldane Avenue, Kolkata, this flat has the best views in town. Our job was to connect the interiors with the exteriors and to match the opulence of the skyline.
